Install on Android

  1. Tap Download for Android — the phone downloads CPlatform-1.0.0.apk.
  2. Open the file. The first time, Android asks to allow installing apps from this source — tap Settings › turn on Allow, then go back.
  3. Tap Install. The CPlatform icon appears on your home screen.
  4. Open the app, enter your company address, sign in and tap Turn on notifications.

The app needs Chrome (already on most Android phones). When a new version is out the app reminds you — download and install over it, no data lost.

Install on iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Safari and go to your company’s system address (e.g. ttpjsc.com/login).
  2. Tap Share (the square with an up arrow) › Add to Home Screen › Add.
  3. Open the new icon on your home screen and sign in.
  4. Tap Turn on notifications and choose Allow. (Requires iOS 16.4 or later.)

On a computer

Nothing to install: sign in with Chrome / Edge / Safari, open Notifications › Push notifications and click Enable on this device.

Quick answers

Do I need Google Play or the App Store?

No. Android downloads the installer from this page; iPhone uses Add to Home Screen in Safari.

My company runs CPlatform on its own domain?

Same app — enter your company’s address the first time you open it. To switch: tap "Switch company" on the sign-in screen, or long-press the app icon.

Does it drain the battery?

No constant background work: notifications use the phone’s standard push service, like regular messages.
